Jeff has over thirty years of building, development and commercial real estate experience. Jeff has a diversified project background from tenant representation to industrial ground up entitlement projects. For the last decade, Jeff has grown a large share of business in investor acquisitions and bank owned OREO assets. This has created a stable of investors and clientele that move with the economic changes in the real estate investment market. While working with this diverse asset class and clientele, Jeff has handled commercial deals from both the buyer/ tenant representation and to the seller/ landlord side of transactions.
